Hi
I have spent many many weeks, and days searching this fantastic forum for ant-aging tips now that my 44 year old skin has started sagging.
I have been doing facial exercises with massage for almost 3 months and have my own little routine combining some of flex effect, ageless and tua visa (i only like the eye exercises for this. (5 times per week)
I have now purchased vaculift small face, only used this a couple of times , but already love it.
The AALS have used this for 4 days.
I have ordered all the ingrediants for Kassys fab c serum.
I have ordered retin A cream 0.25%.
I have been using a champnies facial brush which I think works well.I have more time in the evenings as I have a young boy I need to get ready for school then I go straight to work.
My questions are: How is it best to start with all of this, Bearing in mind only having say 15 minutes in the morning, how often for retin a? can i do it with the light stim (after) can I do the vaculift with the lightstim.
I was also told by a beautician not to use a facial wash (I use origins) she said using water is too drying for the skin and to use cleansing milk, also you have to use seperate eye products as the normal face ones cant penetrate the thin eye skin, what do you guys think?
I really appreciate any help.

I would not listen to anything this beautician tells you.
Water is not drying for the skin but cleanser can be if you don't use the right one for your skin. If you origins cleanser works well for you then I don't see any reason not to use it. Saying water is drying for the skin sounds ridiculous to me.

Sorry but this also sounds silly. Think about it... if the skin is thinner around the eye (which yes it is) then wouldn't it be easier to penetrate??? There is no reason why you cant use regular basic face products around the eye also with the expect being some actives that may be too harsh for the eye area. |
