Hi jturk, yes it will definitely help with sagging skin and slow down the aging process along with using Vitamin C, AHA's and BHA's, as these are 'active' ingredients and will help make your skin look renewed, plump and firmer.
A normal moisturiser will plump the skin, however this is only temporary so you need to use products that contain active ingredients which help with aging skin.
