Hi eSquire415, the below link is an ingredients list for the new Lab Series Anti Aging Moisturiser. I'm not sure how this compares to the cheaper versions at Timeless Skin Care, as I couldn't see any ingredients list on there products. Also You would most likely need to look up the others such as Olay etc to see what the difference is in there ingredients, as I'm not sure which products in particular you are referring too and so I didn't post any links for those.
You may also want to read up on some reviews to compare the difference in these products.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply Divine Diva. Found the ingredients list at Derma Doctor. Lots of herbal and fruit extracts in there but the significant ingredients are at the bottom (in order of most to least):
Acetyl hexapeptide 8 - more commonly known as Argireline and is the active ingredient but it's sharing the bottom along with other antioxidants.
Tocopheryl Acetate - more commonly known as Vitamin E, is a natural preservative, anti-oxidant and moisturizer
Sodium Hyaluronate - reduces flaking, dry and damaged skin by hydrating the skin and increasing its volume and density, which minimizes wrinkles, suggests the website Truth In Aging.
Ascorbyl Tocopheryl Maleate - Vitamin C derivative is an antioxidant
Nordihydroguaiaretic acid - a potent antioxidant compound found in the long-lived creosote bush. It is believed that NDGA reduces cell damage by free radicals, so under the free-radical theory of aging, could be responsible for the bush's long life
Chlorphenesin - is a centrally acting muscle relaxant used to treat muscle pain and spasms
The main ingredient of Max LS is St. Paul's Wort. It functions as a skin conditioning agent that enhances the appearance of dry or damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness.
As for the Sirtuin technology, I'm not sure if the list of ingredients would actually stimulate sirtuins in your skin to prevent aging. Sirtuins inhibit the aging process in theory — but by how much isn’t yet clear.
I found more products that has this tech:
