Hi,
I've got dry skin, I'm fair with freckles. I'd like to find a tinted moisturizer, with an spf of at least 25, gives a bit of coverage, and moisturizes.
Any suggestions?...Unfortunately at this time, I can't afford any high-end products...(say over $20).
Thanks! |

I cant think of any that meet your exact requirements but I'll suggest Paula's Choice Barely There Sheer Matte Tint SPF 20. I think PC has a nice formula but the color selection isn't great unless you are a warm. Stila also has some nice TM's w/SPF 20, they are around $30. |

I suggest to use BECCA Luminous tinted moisturzier (it has SPF 25); however it is pretty expensive, around $42USD.
Sorry can't think of tint moisturizer which is under $20. |

You likely won't find an spf that high at a drugstore price. Physicians Choice makes a mineral based powder that is spf 50; I didn't like it that much though. |
