I am wanting to take a magnesium supplement, but there are so many different forms - glycinate, citrate, orotate, etc? |

Isn't this better absorbed thru the skin using the oil, cream or a foot bath? |

Thank you, Jom, I will check those out.
Frodo, I honestly don't know what is the better way! I don't have time for baths, so the Epsom salts are out, and not sure how I feel about applying the oil topically (due to my dogs). |

I'm still dithering among the types. I can't do the baths, I tried the fizzy--it gave me the runs. Has anyone tried the lotion from Ancient Minerals? Do you have to wash it off, too? I'm looking for something you can leave on and forget it. It really works for the cramps in my instep at night, so I know I need magnesium. |

What I have read Magnesium Citrate is better absorbed than other forms of magnesium. Also it is good to be taken with calcium, zinc and vit.D |
