| Just wondering everyones opinion on starting fillers in your early thirties? I can't actually believe this is happening but im getting quite bad marionette lines...at 32!I think I'm literally the only person in their early thirties to have this , anyway I'm thinking about having some kind of filler put in. Obviously if I start now I'll be using it for many years to come, could long term use cause more problems such as stretching the skin. Thank you all. |

| I am looking into them as well.....but I am older. Have you seen a dermatologist/plastic surgeon? Which filler are you considering? |

| My lines got bad in my late 30s. I've been using the Tua Viso, copper peptides, peels and Retin-A. |

| I have very thin skin and got noticeable nasolabial folds by the time I was 29. I am 33 and have gotten filler there a few times a year ever since. Well worth it! |

I have not had any fillers (yet  ). From what I've read it seems that over time you start needing less filler because it helps produce some collagen. This does seem to vary from person to person though. If it really bothers you maybe try it at least once and see how long it lasts for you. |

Are there any natural ways or products besides fillers? I'm afraid of needles and it's pricy!  |

Yes, the Tua Viso& topicals like Retin-a. Also, bioidentical hormone replacement probably--- loss of facial fullness partly due to hormonal loss.

I am much older in my fifties and have found several things help the N/l area. Drinking green smoothies helps....may sound strange to some people but many of us noticed this made a difference. Facial exercises(must be careful because an over build will make it worse). I am now a huge advocate for using the Lightstim along with a product Ageless Secret Gold. The combination of these two have plumped up my lower face and literally made me look as though I have had fillers.  |

Oh my goodness!Just seen everyones replies, thank you all, really appreciate everyone taking the time to reply. Yes it is truely bizarre the way I'm aging, I looked quite young for my age up until 13 months ago, then I developed eyebags and now marrionette lines but the rest of my skin is not too bad. I've found the eyebags and m. Lines very distressing particularly as I don't smoke drink sunbathe etc. Anyway yes think I will try a filler.
have those using retin a seen an improvement in m. Lines ? Havnt tried that yet.

Gretchen, does the Tua Viso work on nasolabial folds? Besides my marionette lines, these are the bane of my existence!  |

I can tell you from experience that the marionettes and NL's are due to loss of volume in your cheeks and filling marionettes with fillers gets SUPER pricey as for some reason those damn marionettes suck up lots of filler (the NL's not so bad, mine don't take an awful lot)
I've been getting filler for a few years now and at one time only treated my NL's and marionettes...I now get filler in my cheeks which helps to lift the lower face a bit and make the NL's and marionettes less noticeable.
Skin stretching due to fillers will not happen (unless of course you put in more volume than you had before the volume loss)...what you are doing is replacing lost volume where volume used to be....so technically there is no stretching involved, you're just lifting saggy skin back up  |

Hi Bren, yes I think one reason I'm getting m. Lines so early is the fact I had nice big plump cheeks and now theyve dropped a bit I its put pressure on my lower face.
Thank you for warning me about the cost and suggesting cheek fillers, definatly something2 think about. |
