I lost 5lbs recently for no reason at all. I didn't really change my diet or exercise. I feel that my eyes are more sunken and circles more prominent as a result of that. Also, the crease around my mouth seems more obvious too. Is there anything I can eat, do, or apply to increase some fat in my face?

Just like you can't spot reduce fat, you can't spot gain it either. It's genetically predetermined where it goes. I am currently trying to lose 5 lbs because my face looks too fat! |

Are you feeling well, getting enough sleep, otherwise? 5 lbs is usually not enough to make such a difference.
I agree getting good fats in your diet can be helpful. |

I didn't get enough sleep, that's for sure... Also, I'm bothered by stuff recently and it kinda affects my appetite too although I think I did eat the same amount of food.
I didn't really notice that I lost weight until my bf and boss told me. Then I go weighed myself and found out LOL
Guess I'll be eating more from now on...I don't wanna be just skin and bones |

Definitely get some healthy fats in your diet. And gets some rest. I think it will help. |
