Basically due to a not so intelligent past I'm currently a 28 guy who looks possibly 5 or more years older due to what seems to be permanent dark under my eyes, and just no where near as nice of a skin complexion as I had previous to getting into things that should never have been part of my life.
Are there any products that can help combat this, and let me regain a somewhat youthful look.... especially these dark bags that just never go away? All ideas are welcome! Thanks! |

The good news is that you are young and skin has the amazing ability to repair itself. I would try a Vitamin C serum (check out the DIY threads or buy a ready-made product). I would also look into other antioxidants - both that you apply topically (green tea, coffee berry, Co-enzyme Q10) and internally (MSM, ALA, C, E, Omegas). Be soothing to your skin. Good luck, stay positive |

Pure water - not from the tap, Supplements faithfully taken, I'd get a green food - great for everything and helps the skin improve (Vitamineral green is my favorite). Facial massage is something I highly recommend. You are young - the skin will forgive you and if you really work at it you'll be in great shape. |

I suggest you use Vivier High Potency 20% vitamin C and eat papaya, more fish and exfoliate.
Don't do drugs! Don't smoke! I work with people who do and they look 20 years older from all those years of use. They look good as dead and it is not worth it.
All the best to you. |

perhaps see an alternative doctor. drugs illegal and prescription all deplete nutrients in the body. you will need to take supplements to replenish the particular nutrients. it can be reversed. |
