What are the chances, if any, that applying Decleor Aromessence Neroli after vitamin C would weaken the strength of vitamin C? |

It's fine to use an oil over Vitamin C, it won't weaken it. |

Thank you, Jom. Is there anything that can weaken vitamin C, beside if you don't wait for vitamin C to thoroughly penetrate your skin? |

I don't think there is anything that will weaken Vitamin C. You can use anything over it. |

I have this other problem where I sweat a lot in the morning and it can be difficult be dry before I apply my vitamin C. I worry that the sweat can weaken the strength of vitamin C.
Then, half way through the day, my skin gets very dry. |

There are vitamin C serums that come in an oil base. Mismo springs to mind. |

This is not true. Vitamin C does mix well with most moisturizers and sunscreen (under it).
Copper peptides and C do not mix. They basically cancel each other.
There is more information on this on the skinbiology site. You can use both products; just not together at the same time. |

What do you mean by under it? Don't you mean over vitamin C? |

Sorry; it was early morning for me. I will clarify. If you apply vitamin c first, then the sunscreen. Vitamin C works well with sunscreen and I have read it helps your sunscreen protect you against sun damage. |

Vitamin C is water-solube compound; therefore you can either mix it with other water-based serum, for eample hyaluronic Acid (HOWEVER NOT oil-base compound)
then you can wait for couple minutes for it to absorb to skin. then you can apply the Oil-base serum or moisturzier. |
