I just went to get a facial the other day, and I brought up this subject. My esthetician btw was 37 years old and looked about five years younger than me (I'm 30 and I thought I looked good till I met her) so I'm going to give it a try. She swears by those spritzers throughout the entire day, I bought the Dermalogica one they had there. Looks like its water and EOs. She said she actually uses the ones at our local coop. So we will see. My skin isn't falling off my face today, so thats encouraging. |

use calendula oil or calendula salve for dehydrated skin
it's very helpful because calendula has a high concentration of lutein.
lutein has been found to be very healing for the skin and an antioxidant.
also, eat lutein as well...that will increase the benefits.
hope this helps. give it a try. it's VERY cheap.
calendula oil + eat kale. |

It sounds like a hydrosol, it is the pure water and essences left from plant parts when Essential Oils are made through steam distillation, which have some of those oils as well as micronutients. They are very nice for the skin.
Home made versions are just EO's in distilled water. |
