You sure can, it's fine to use a hydrosol instead of distilled water and no there isn't any harm at all, you would get the added benefit of the rose in your hydrosol. |

Rose hyrdosol almost always give me a break out and there are very things that do it to me... but yes vitamin serum would be fine in it , just remember to add some additional preservatives if it does not contain enough of em...... |

you can, in fact it would most likely help balance the end product. vitamin C generally comes in more drying forms but through mixing it with a hydrating substance exp Rose Hydrosol, it will give some balance. |

No harm, but I would like to apply seperately. |

One thing I worry is that if the water of the rose hydrosol is metal free or not. Distilled water doesn't have metal there. |

This is interesting to me, since initially I was mixing my vit c with green tea, but then heard that there may be complications with that, so I stopped. I was kind of sad about this and everytime I wanted to mix vit c with something else, I hesitated.
So are hydrosols in general ok? And are there any other substances that we should NOT mix vit c with? |

Most hydrosols are made with distilled water. I've used them in my vit C serums. |
