Hi
Thanks to the advice on here I'm starting to get rid of my blackheads and open pores using Dr H's cleansing cream.
My question is should I use one of his toners as well? I have normal skin but my nose gets oily and has blackheads and large pores.
At the moment I use a skinceuticals gentle cleanser, then use Dr H's cleansing cream and then the skinceuticals toner.
What do you think?
Thanks

I would definitely recommend using a Dr. Hauschka toner. I've been using this line for months and I love it. From what I know, the toner is like an astringent and should be very helpful for clearing up blackheads. |

I would recommend it but not the normal one - rather the clarifying one. The Dr H clarifying toner is the one that is supposed to help regulate oil production etc
Personally I have the Dr H toner for normal skin and I really like it I haven't tried the Clarifying one but it gets good reviews. |

Hi
Would the Clarifying Toner be ok for the whole face? My skin is normal in all ways except I get an oily nose?
Thanks

Fatsia,
I have been trying the Clarifying Toner for 1-2 wks. The skin is kind of dry & tight after using it. MY skin condition is just like yours, normal skin with oily nose area.
HTH!

Well, I haven't tried it myself so I'm not sure. It might be normal to have some tightness after using a clarifying toner and before putting a moisturiser on.
I'm probably going to get this in my next order but that won't be for a while - Im trying to exercise my will power at the moment |

I have been using the Dr. H. Clarifying Toner (in the mornings -- Rhythmic Night Conditioner at night), and I'm not sure exactly which product in the line is responsible, but I've noticed a dramatic difference in the size and "clogginess" of my pores. Definitely worth a try. |
