For those of you who have followed Kimberly Snyder's blog and just for anyone interested in ways to eat healthy and slow down aging, Kimberly Snyder has finally written a book that you can preorder at Amazon.

It looks like a good read and it is reasonably priced.

Thanks for posting this....I like these type books, wish they didn't sell the nutrition as main way to have young skin though. You'd be surprised how many people hop on that and say all you need to do to have great skin is eat well. True, but I've still needed to do a lot of other things.
