I'm so sick of this condition! I'm going aggressively at it now. It's so bad that I have not been willing to wear shorts or skirts or bikinis in the longest time. I can't even stand it when my boyfriend touches my leg. I have it all over my entire legs and my arms.

I know that I've probably made it even worse by covering up so much and not getting any sun at all where it is. Here is my plan though, and I wonder if any of these have helped others?

Papaya enzyme mask all over body before shower

50% glycolic peel all over body before shower

Dry Skin Brushing all over body before shower

And then for a body oil I'm using Argan oil.

I don't know how often to do each. I guess I was thinking the glycolic I should only use 1-2x a week since it is so strong, and then the papaya enzyme on the other days, with skin brushing before I apply the masks. What do you think? The purpose of the papaya is cause the enzymes in it are good for dissolving keratin proteins.

Anything else I can do? Has the derma rollers worked for anyone in improving KP? I don't know about them cause I'm worried it would be too much damage with also using the glycolic acid. Although I do have stretch marks and scars on my legs that I would love to get rid of as well!

BYRG, mine improved a huge amount from using MOOR MUD in my bath, and moisturising twice a day.

It was the moor mud which made the significant difference.
