Hi, I purchased it probably about a year ago. Seems to power up fine, sounds the same, but no power??
I cannot feel any electrical impulse, even when up to 60? Do you think it is just the wand, or is whole machine kaput!!
I saw on ncnskincare they carry replacement wands, not sure if I should just get the wand or not? (worried maybe whole machine is fried). Any opionions? tia.

A similar thing happened to mine a few months ago. I contacted Nanci at NCN, but it was no longer under warranty. She gave me the email address of someone at the Tua USA office in Texas. I ended up sending both the machine and the wand there to have it looked at. It turned out I just needed a new wand. I paid for the wand plus postage to send it back to me and all is well. Hi lipglossdoll- when my TV quit working, I contacted Vupiesse in Italy and they sent me
to a Vupiesse rep in TX; sent him the TV and
it was a burned out chip. He repaired it for
$70 and sent back with a year warranty. it's
still working after 4-5 months. DiPhx |
