| I believe it for sure! I'm much happier when I shop & have long believed that even walking through a store is a good way to spend time. |

| If that's the only exercise you get, it's better than nothing. I personally hate shopping but love real exercise! |

LOL. I don't shop for exercise although hitting the mall with my daughter is quite a work out! 
I think it's that enjoyment of treating ourselves, and feeling happy that they mean! |

| I think they mean the actual exercise from shopping has life extending benefits. I've always thought so. If I miss a workout, I count an hour at the mall. And who spends one hour? I'm usually there longer. |
