Hello all (and my first post!)
I tried a search, glanced through the bazillion pages in the dermaroller thread; thanks for your patience if this has already been answered ad nauseum.
I'm starting with a dermaroller, and wondering what the heck I can put on my skin immediately afterwards that is sanitary (won't just infect my skin)
Would a vitamin E capsule be safe? Since it's single use?

Personally I don't put anything on my skin afterwards. I splash cold water on my face to get rid of blood spots, then let it be and let nature take its course. I know a lot of folks put serums on, but I think our skin kicks into action just fine without adding anything. The next morning I apply a C serum but absolutely nothing else to my skin that day (no sunscreen, no makeup.) The 3rd day I use the C serum again in the AM, and Retin A that night. I rolled with a 2mm 10 days ago. Ouch! Whew! Yea!  |

| What about pure aloe vera gel? Doesn't that help with wound healing and also soothe inflammation? |
