i have used the stridex and the bag balm and they work great. i have the ped egg and even though it does work it has on occasion made my feet sore. i've stopped using it because i think i'm doing something wrong. anyone else ever have a problem with the ped egg? |
Is the ped egg the one you use while your feet are wet??
I have the Microplane food file that looks similar- and I was told the Microplane files are better as they are made in the US.
The ped egg and the pink revlon file that looks the same- the metal part looks too bumpy on that.
The Microplane file you use it only on dry feet-I've had mine 1 year and no problems with it.
I bought it online- hard to find locally. |

I use the Ped-Pro from QVC.
I can't get it to come up within this post so if interested go towww.QVC.com and search for item # V30069
I also use this Skin Biology product twice a week.

I have very very happy feet from end to end, side to side and top to bottom. |

Another method I know to get rid of cracked heels and all the dead skin cells down there is -
-after showering or washing your feet at night, swipe each feet with Stridex Salicylic Acid 2% pads, let it dry, then apply the regular Eucerin moisturizer and slip into clean socks.
In about two weeks, the dry, cracked heels and skin on the feet should be smooth, repaired, and dead skin cells gone. |

Wow that's nice. I haven't done a foot spa treatment yet. I just apply moisturizer (the nourishing hand treatment from Omorovicza which says it can be applied on heels and elbow) every night and wear socks. |

The other thing I like is Aveda's Beautifying Composition oil. It soaks in well. I rub it on my feet first and then put on my lotion; it gives it an extra kick. I also use it at night on my hands. |

My Birkenstocks are really hard on my feet. They give me callouses all around my heels, which are also dry and cracked.
The best solution I've ever found is the Bare Foot Treatment from Mychelle. It is a very light lotion but it just softens my skin enough so that they look soft and smooth without having to scrape away the callouses (they just return due to the Birki's)
The change is immediate and lasts until the next day. |

thanks for the posting;
I am each a lazy person, therefore I choose "Baby foot" instead. it is a leg mask (you just need to put ur feet after cleasning in the BabyFoot plastic bag which contain exfoliate serum. and soak it for 2 hrs), and after few days, your old skin start to peel off itself) and leave ur feet soft, moist, just like a baby feet !!! haha |
