Have been raving about the dermalogica product line to most friends who would care to listen to me. So your forum page is perfect for me : )

With a combi skin (oily/normal) condition, I have been using the ultra calming cleanser, the microexfoliant, the multi active toner, active moist and barrier repair since Feb this year. They have worked wonders for me, especially in helping my skin recover from the worst skin breakout that I had earlier this year. (During that period, I also used the anti-bac clearing mask and the special clearing booster.)

Its a good brand, fragrance-free and gentle. Probably one of the better lines for sensitive skin. I like it, am glad that my beautician introduced it to me and would recommend it.

I have tried a few products in this line and none have disappointed me. My favorites though are the Ultracalming Cleanser and the Daily Microfoliant. Both are "must have" items for me.

I too have the ultra calming cleanser and microfiliant. They are wonderful. The Gentle Soothing Booster is also awesome if you have sensitive, red blotches etc.

I like the skin prep scrub, I have never had a facial scrub as gentle and thorough as this. I also love the multi - vitamin recovery mask and I have so many other samples to still try out Very Happy

I love the Microfoliant, it also lasts absolute ages. I am now gearing up to buying the Multivitamin mask and the Multivitamin Power Concentrate - I've tried both before and really liked them.

...question about the daily microfoliant...
exactly how long (or roughly) will it last?
if you use it 2xdaily...?
because it is somewhat more expensive than what im used to spending...like 2/3's more Confused
but if it's really worth it and lasts a decent time, then i dont mind spending the money...thanks guys....

i think you should use it once a day.
It last quite a while....like 4 months - half a year.

I agree with lianne. I had a facial using their line and I did love how my skin felt afterward. So I luckily only bought a "kit" to try; while the products were fine, my combo skin didn't break out, but ... can't say they were worth the cost. Sorry. Kind of like N.V. Perricone's; not up to the hype. Vanessa
Now trying a new line from Goldport that I read about from EDS and so far, am crazy about it. Will post a review soon once I've given it a good trial!

Jacob,

Right now I've found a couple lines that work well for me. Skinceuticals (cleanser + C serum), PTR (Glycolic treatment), & Decleor (mask).

Still looking for the HG moisturizer though...

I'm so addicted to certain Dermalogica products that even considering trying out other products feels like I'm being unfaithful to a person Laughing

I use the following products:
Ultracalming Cleanser
Skin Smoothing Cream (summer)
Intensive Moisture Balance (rest of year)
Intensive Eye Repair
Daily Microfoliant (twice a week)
Gentle Cream Exfoliant
Multivitamin Power Recovery Masque (to calm down irritated skin)
Multivitamin Power Concentrate (my HG pick me up)

Guess I'm hooked Embarassed

I love dermalogica medicated clearing gell at night... but otherwise i find that the cleasers and moisturisers really sting my eyes (even if they arent applied anywhere near them) and that they smell too strong... which is odd because they are natural... i just think they are a little harsh for my skin... but like i said the medicated clearing gell is the best for me for night time!

I must say that with oily/problem skin I did not like this line at all. It came highly recommended from a spa, but found that it made no difference in my skin at all.

I didn't like the Ultracalming Cleanser...but I do like the Special Cleansing Gel Smile
I guess I just prefer the texture of a gel and the squeaky clean feeling after.
Next on my to try list is LRP Effaclar Gel. I'll keep you updated Very Happy
