Nothing topical can reduce deep wrinkles IMO. Even Retin-A, which is the gold-standard, only has a minimal effect on the more superficial lines and wrinkles that have already formed.

Fillers (injected by a qualified dermatologist or plastic surgeon) are the most effective treatments.

Based purely on the ingredient list from their website, I am certain there is *nothing* in there that will have any impact on lines or wrinkles beyond a purely cosmetic (temporary) effect.

Water (Aqua), Silica Silylate, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Boron Nitride, Methylpropanediol, Potassium Sorbate, Chlorphenesin, Camelia Sinensis Leaf extract, Salvia Officinalis (Sage) Leaf Extract, Phenoxyethanol, Soluble Collagen.

I agree and using something like Dermawand would help also.

I don't think any of these facial gadgets work. The only thing that does though is sunscreen.....that is too stop further wrinkles, sun spots etc down the road.

There isnt much you can do for those folds but if you really are after a delivery system you should look into dermarolling with 0.025% device to aid in product penetration.

Sometimes losing or gaining weight can make them look less deep. For me, if I lose five pounds, the fat on the outer portion of the fold shrinks so the shadows caused by the fold is smaller. I also agree that fillers are the way to go.

I think you will be disappointed with any topical for this concern. They just don't work that way.
