Hi,
I think each reviewer should mention age before adding their rating. example: "I'm 44. used this product and here is my review" or something similar.
reviews will be more helpful that way because one can see if the product works for their age range. don't u all think????
I'm researching the tua trend and can't find the reviews helpful because a big % of reviewers is unsatisfied. But what age range? I don't know. |

Most of us have it on our profiles: age, skin type, products used, etc. That is what I go off of and it is very helpful when they have it on there. |

I know I for one really appreciate it when people leave their signatures on the bottom. The review means so much more to me if their age group and goals are in the same ballpark as mine. |

When i read anyone's review, I (almost) don't read over to people's profile. I would rather to be included on the review page so that people don't need to click back and forth.
This is just a feedback from the reader's point of view. |

Age has nothing to do with skin type. You can be 16 and have dry skin or 50 with oily skin. So I think its redundant to list age. Unless of course you want to. |

I would have to disagree with that - an over 50 year old is dealing with an entirely different set of issues to someone in their 20s or 30s. Considering that anti-aging is one of the most discussed topics when it comes to topicals and gadgets, I think disclosing your age is helpful.
I've actually brought up this question before and was amazed by how many people didn't want to share their age because they didn't want to divulge personal information. Considering we all use an pseudonym, that seems like a completely pointless objection to me! |

Totally have to agree with Keliu on this. Our skin at ages 40+ 50+ 60+ and over are much different than those of 20-30 year olds. And the products/tools we should use should be age appropriate. |

Yes! I agree. My skin issues at an earlier age was very different and in general, plenty had similar problems at that age group also. I can't deny that I enjoyed reading comments from older women then myself because I have learned from them a lot. I have a great deal of respect and also understand that every woman's experience is different. |

I also have to support the comment that age has an important bearing on skin products and reviews. For me personally, my skin concerns are not the same as what they were 10 years ago. I think it is useful information to know a reviewers age.
Quiet often I have noticed the reviewers age and thought that our concerns or the products being used are age appropriate. |

I agree it would give a better background about the person using it, so that others can see that the results happened for someone there age, younger or older. |
