I was wondering if the SPF crumbles when you apply too? I feel like after I apply it, it comes right back off so I'm getting no protection. Am I doing something wrong, or can anyone suggest something better? |

Which Obagi sunscreen are you using, and what are you using underneath? |

It's called "Healthy Skin Protection SPF 35"
I do the regular:
Gentle Cleanser
Toner
Clear
Exfoderm
SPF
I thought I was doing it right. So what happens is, when I apply the sunscreen, it leaves white streaks, so when I try to even it out, it crumbles. Looks like big peelies.
I hope it's not taking off the sunscreen. |

I didn't like the obagi spf35, I've switched to the obagi sunshield spf50, It's much nicer, no white cast, dries to a matte finish and I've got oily skin.
My Mum's using the same one as me but finds it too drying, she has dry skin. I'm wondering what skin type you have, oily or dry? That may have something to do with the way your skin reacts to the ss? |

Ok something went horribly wrong there, lost the majority of my post, so I'll try again
I'm using obagi at the moment and I didn't like the obagi spf35, I'm using the sunshield spf50 which I love but it's both physical and chemical, but I don't have melasma, I didn't have much luck with NIA24 but there are others that really like it. I want to try devita, burnout and soleo.
My mum is using obagi and she has melasma, she she also has dry skin and is currently using the same ss as me, she finds the spf50 very drying. What skin type do you have, maybe that could be impacting the effect the ss has on your skin?
I've noticed that most people using obagi prefer to stick to physical ss, Devita, Burnout, NIA24 are firm faves.
