patience is a virtue you know!
It looks interesting particularly as there have been some clinical trials, but given that they were a; small scale, b; lack a control; and c; did not examine variables like gender, placement in menstrual cycle etc I'd say it was pretty inconclusive.
Anything that offers a 'cure' for acne should along with things claiming to 'cure' wrinkles and cellulite, be treated with suspicion
Good luck if you do try it and report back if you find it has long term benefits

I just figured I would let you guys know that I received my AcnEase in the mail today and just started the first dose today!!
I'll keep you posted on the results. I am on 12 tablets per day just if you are curious. Supposedly it's supposed to clear up acne within one month for a pricetag of about $125.00.
Wish me the best because acne sucks! |

Some Helpful Acne Tips
I'll be honest with you guys. While I was waiting for my order of AcnEase to arrive I started taking MSM and Natrol Hair-Nails-Skin Supplements. I saw a significant improvement in just one week of taking 3,500mg a day of MSM. I purchased the Wal-Greens's Brand. I no longer take them now that I started AcnEase. |

I must say I dont believe in this supplement rubbish for acne but I tried this as mankindonline had a good return policy. The starter dose was a shocking £75!!
I was terribly miffed at this because in America, it was $75, so virtually half the price.
Despite this, the results were *amazing*. 21 days later my skin was as clear as crystal, I couldnt believe it. I just couldnt continue with it though because it was so expensive, id be spending around £75/month and I dont care if im earning a doctors wage - thats way too much on any wage!
Its such a shame its ridiculously expensive in the UK.

Hang on a sec. If your skin got clear after taking this supplement then that would mean that your issues with acne are purely caused by your diet. So, theoretically, if you had a look at the ingredients, you could adjust your diet accordingly so that the supplements were not necessary....? |

...can you not use the maintenance dose? It is really expensive, I was thinking of getting it for mini-me, but find it hard to spend that much on myself a month let alone a rude stroppy madam
...maybe if she has a big do coming up. How long did it last after finishing it? |

Hi all,
Thought I would bring this thread back from the dead rather than start a new one.
I've bought a months supply and they reckon you should see results in that time unless your skin is really bad.
When it clears up they recommend keeping a bottle handy more as a preventative measure, so if you see your skin beginning to flare up pop a few pills.
Mabsy -Looking over the ingredients, the formula is based on chinese medicine i.e. herbalism so it's not so easy to walk in any store and pick it up off the shelf.
I have found an TCM online store and they've given me a few options, considering my flare ups will be like most women, hormonal based.
I'll see how the acnease does then trial my other little pills and report on that
farouk-if you're still having problems I can give you the name of this other store if you don't want the pricetag of the acnease? They do online/telephone consultations if you prefer. |

You know what...this stuff appears to be working no new spots.
I've been using it since last monday for over a week and my skin is clearer, my pores look better. So far so good. Full report when I finish the bottles! |
