I just bought a derma roller (1.5) and wanted to start using it. I know about all the prep stuff before and after with cleaning but had a few other questions. I have deep red ones as well as lighter white ones.
How often should i use it? I have seen conflicting reports of some people saying once a month and others (including the company) saying 5 times a week.
Should I do it lightly more often or Hard less often?
What are the best creams to use? I was only going to use the Urban Skintrition Stretch Mark Creme right after and once a day until the next rolling.
Are there any good step by step guides put together by users here who have gotten results on how to do it?
I know a lot of this has been addressed before but it is hard to find it in that massive 50 page thread. If someone could just give me basic instructions for best results or link me to something like that I would appreciate it. |

Yea but those are 40 and 170+ pages....
I am looking for a few paragraphs written by someone who has used it a while for their tips and instructions. |
