Hi,
If i stopped using retinol a serum would my skin gradually return to its normal condition.
I have crows feet and thinning skin under the eyes but since using retinol serum for the last 2 mnths my crowsfeet are less noticable and skin is lighter ,but at the same time i have noticed what seems like excess protruding skin right at the bottom of my eyelids which looks like a protuding rings in certain lighting giving the appearance of bags under the eyes which i didnt have before
Do you think this would be caused by the retinol thickening the skin on the eyelids and could it be reversed if i stopped using retinol ?
Or maybe i should start doing face exercises to strengthen the muscles around the eyes?
Any help would be most appreciated

Yes, I believe products such as retinol and tretinoin will only retain results if you continue to use them indefinitely. At first you may need to use the products on a daily basis but after you have achieved maximum improvements, then it's just a case of maintenance and that could be as little as 2-3 x week applications. |

2nd what Dee said.
2 months is really too soon IMO to be seeing the positive effective of retin-a. Usually it takes 6 months to see good results and the eye are usually looks worse before it gets better. |
