Thanks Dark Moon, you beat me too it!
I have the FOOD GRADE DE, which it is important to note the diffference. If you go to somewhere like a hardware, DIY, pool or feed store, it can be abrasive and most have chemicals mixed in with it that you do not want.
I did a ton of research and then ordered from a health food website to make sure it was extremely fine powdered and pure and where the source of it came from.
I put in a little bit each day but I can already tell a difference in skin, nails and hair after a month or so. It was/is slow going and adding for me though bc of the bloating that went along with it. |
