Yes, I know, this one has nothing to do with skin care or product review and I sound just like a saleman's daughter ( in fact, I am one, but my dad is in wholesale so I learn a lot from him).
Every time I want to order skin care products from EDS, I call my Mom and all my friends ( boy and girl) to offer them a chance to order their favorite stuff with me. That way, we save on shipping charge and the bonus, sometimes we have, will be given to the one needs it the most. Last time, one of my cousins got the Jane Iredale's D20 before heading off to Europe. In this latest order, we will receive Dermalogica Intensive Eye Repair, and guess who will be the lucky recipient...my Dad...yeah!...we just want to show him how much we appreciate his financial support (letting us using his Visa) and also to train him to take care of his skin ( especially the under eye areas). Sound like the saleman's daughter again, here I go: the more I buy, the more I save (HEE! HEE! HEE!) from EDS. |

| Oh....You show your happiness to me. But what "the more I buy, the more I save" means? You mean the shipping cost? |

Hi Jen, this is an example of how I saved my money and my friend's too just on the order we placed on last Sunday.
For me, I ordered: Dermalogica MultiVitamin Power Masque and Gentle Soothing Booster.
For my friend, I ordered: Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant and Treatment Foundation 1.
For one of my cousin who loves to play beach volley ball: Dermalogica After Sun Repair.
Together we saved $15 plus taxex on shipping charges (if we have ordered separately).
And because our total purchase was more than $250, we got to choose one free Dermalogica Intensive Eye Repair ($55.50 plus taxes) to give to my Dad.
Total savings:CAD$88. (It's one month worth of Tim Horton's lunches for me).
And please don't forget a whole box of samples to try.
I used to order my PTR faves from Luxbeauty but their prices are higher than those of EDS. One of my orders from Neobeauty never come. And if you order from those companies using UPS, no matter how small the parcel is, UPS always charges you a handling fee of $25 plus taxex over all of extra costs of import fee, blah...blah...blah...
The honest truth, EDS is not the only place I order my beauty products from but it's the best place so far and its forum is the only place I'm happy to participate and share my shopping experience with beauty addicts like you. |
