I have problems with big freckles from childhood, and now, a giant brown age spot in the middle of my cheek (it's about 1.5x the size of a pencil eraser, so it's noticeable).

I am thinking of trying cosmelan, even if it's expensive (I was quoted something around US$1,282) , as I just want my 'marks' to go away (including some red marks from acne).

Has anyone here had any luck with it? I assume I would have to stop retin A (the only cream I would hate to give up, as it really quickly clears up my acne, and has prevented further outbreaks since using it) if I used cosmelan.
