Hello everyone, my face is currently peeling and slightly red. Should I be using the products every other day? My friend is using the same products and the dermatologist told him if it gets red and itchy, to reducee it to every other day. I just want to confirm this.
O and once my skin heals and it is all healthy, what products would I need to maintain it? |

I think that if your skin gets to much the only thing your suppose to use every other day is the Rentin A. I believe that is that product causing most of the flaking.
Once I stopped using the nuderm I broke out on my left side of my face 
I have ordered the Obagi-C line for maintainance purposes. I'll let you know how it goes. |

With nuderm..you can be aggressive or take a slower approach. When I did it..my esthetician told me to plow through it..to use it everyday.
I found my face so red and peeling. I must say after six weeks...I looked pretty good. But I had a red face the entire time. Now I see advice to take it easy..use three times a week to start..then every other day. If it gives the same results..but takes a few weeks longer..I'd consider that for sure. Maybe you'll get responses from people who did. |

Hello Dj8999 i just started with NU derm as well this week. My dermatologist advised me to use the blender + tret every other night so my face wont react aggressively. all of the other products i use every day  |

| You may want to look at the product review forum section of EDS as there is thread on obagi nu derm that maybe of great reading value, a lot of the questions and concerns are covered in this section. Just be prepared it's a lot to read thru but differently worth while |

| You have two options: You can either use it every night which will make your skin red and peeling yet yield the fastest results or every second night which will cause less redness and peeling but will however not yield results as fast. |
