I am wondering if anyone has experienced this problem. When I wake up in the morning I notice I have pouches on my cheekbones. It is had to explain they are like fluid filled bags on the cheekbone - not bags under the eye. Any suggestion to get rid of these. I thought I was getting them due to lack of sleep or lying on my stomach. What have you done to get rid of it? |

i think my mom gets those she is in her late 50's.
this maybe a thing that comes with age, i think she says they go away during the day and are only there first thing in the morning.
i feel like she doesn't get enough sleep so that may be a possible reason |

They are often due to fluid retention in the face, not enough sleep, and/or sleeping on one's side. If you're getting enough sleep, you could try sleeping on your back, and eating less salt, drinking more water, and eating more healthfully in general. Also, something like Tanaka massage might help reduce the fluid retention. Best wishes |

I agree, I get them too. I got them when I got to over the age of 45. And if I eat something salty, it looks puffier the next day. The massage really helps and does good skincare and eating a healthy diet. |
