This round of DIY skin care products have lasted forever and have left quite a bit of room in my beauty budget. So have gone a bit overboard and purchased quite a few skincare devices. I love using them all, for different reasons but have been looking at how to incorporate them all into a weekly basis (based on what can be used without causing more inflammation). This is the plan so far but am a bit lost as where to fit in the STOP for maintenance...
Mon: Lightstim
Tues: Facemaster
Wed: Lightstim
Thurs: Nutritone
Fri: Lightstim
Sat: Facemaster
Sun: Lightstim
The Facemaster has done great things for defining the muscles and giving the face a real plump look.
I purchased the Nutritone as Isomers makes it, which is one of my favorite commercially available products so have placed a fair bit of faith in them. Having said that the Nutritone has a weaker current than the Facemaster so is more of a break between Facemaster treatments. Will also say that the nutritone seems like the perfect travel buddy it's so compact.
The AALS has got me wondering. It seems to be breaking me out and dehydrating my skin (unless it's due to other factors) it could just be a case of the uglies not to sure but will keep on keeping on with it.
The STOP has worked well for me, now onto maintenance, doing it once a week.
WAS also using the Pengu (fat loss device) it appeared to work well at first and then the results stopped all together which has now got me wondering if it was more psychological than actual real results (but allot of things dont fool me like that). Am going to trade the Pengu in for the Tripollar POSE.
But yes any help would be greatly appreciated as it really has me stumped |

Why don't you use the Stop on Sunday instead of the Lightstim that you will re-use Monday anyway? |
