This might be a weird question but does anybody know if areas of acne are related to external circumstances (diet, vitamin deficiencies etc.)? I'm asking because my entire life the only breakouts that I had were on my forehead and sometimes on my cheeks.
However, last year I suffered a pretty serious acne bout. I broke out all over my face. I then went back on the pill and my skin has cleared up everywhere else - except on my nose. What the heck? Needless to say, breakouts on the nose are the worst. I'd much rather have my forehead acne back, 
I have changed tons of things in the last year, but nothing that I could single out as the cause. So I was just wondering if there is any theories anybody knows about that relate acne zones to certain things? |
