You have posted on another forum linking to your own article on acne myths. I don't therefore see why you would post the query here? 
BTW there are some inaccuracies in your article - there are proven links between poor diet and a inflammatory conditions such acne. Ditto stress; not simply life events but anything that the body finds stressful. Chronic stress causes systemic inflammation.
