Best Eye Moisturizer?

I am finalising my order to place with EDS however I think I do need an eye moisturizer.
My eyes are quite dry and so have lines from the dryness, and they also have some non-dryness lines as well coming from the corners of my eyes. I do have black lines underneath, no bags however but that's not my biggest issue. I am 18 too if that helps.
What would you guys recommend? What's the ultimate eye cream?

Have you done a board search on eye cream? You will probably get lots of rec that way. People seem to love babor eye cream.

I read great reviews on the Babor Eyecreams, and the phytomer ones too! If dark circles are a problem for you PTR Power K or DDF Erase are effective!

For dark circles PTR Power K has been tops for me. Babor Essential Eyes, Murad Essential C SPF15, and Cellcosmet Eye Contour are all *very* good, with Murad having the SPF advantage for daytime use. I recall Orlane Oligo-Cooling Balm also getting great reviews (that reminds me - I still want to try this! Laughing

).

Alright I am going to try Lush's Enchanted Eye Cream, and save up for one of the Babor ones. Wink
