I found another system which claims to prevent sagging of facial muscles ect. It is called the FLEX EFFECT Facialbuilding system.

It is not cheap, and consists of a series of instructions on DVD and a book that shows how to properly exercise the facial muscles. It is similar to Carole Maggio's but claims to be more effective as it uses a slightly different method.

Has anybody any experience with that one? in terms of how effective it is?

Thank you
Sonja

I personally dont do the Flex Effect system as it seems more time consuming than necessary for someone my age but know that allot of other EDS members do use it and always have very positive things to say about it. You might like to look into the search feature, to hear more about this program.

Hi Sonja,

I love FlexEffect and think it's the best program out there. What I like is that it's the most comprehensive program (it doesn't ignore certain muscles like other programs do) and I find it to be the most effective program in terms of building facial fullness. At the beginner level and beyond, there are options to do 12-minute and 24-minute workout routines.

There is a lot of information on FlexEffect in the Tools and DIY section of the EDS forum. There is a goldmine of info there (with both pros and cons on the FlexEffect program), so it's not worth it to spend time retyping the info that's readily available there. But if you have trouble finding it with the search function, let us know!

I use FlexEffect and several other programs. Facercise is different for sure. There's lot of visualisation. Think Facercise has 14-15 exercises, whereas FlexEffect has a lot more (some 55 exercises) but then it also has other techniques like massage, bone remodelling, skin remodelling etc.

I can see in comparing them the pricing is a bit off putting but got to say its the best money I ever spent without doubt. Its got a forum with trainers where you can ask questions and get help.

I think FlexEffect was around before Facercise even but not sure (so don't quote me on it). I think its definitely effective and its by far one of my prized possessions and does produce some fantastic results over time.

Best wishes

Theresa

Sonja,

I do Flex effect and I love it, but I did start relatively easy with Eva Frasers Facial workout.
It broke me in gently and then I naturally made my way to FE. There is a thread here about facial exercises particularly FE programme, have a read thro ( it is long) and it will give you an idea, also the FE forums are really informative too.

Ditto what TheresaMary said: FlexEffect is the best investment I've personally ever made in my face in terms of results. But you have to be patient and stick with it in the longhaul and figure out how to tailor it to your own needs (which is not easy), before it starts paying off in spades, in my opinion.
