Why are you thinking of taking vitamins A, C& E when you already take a multivitamin (and hopefully multimineral)? Is your diet not already healthy and balanced? |

Salster, I am a big fan of Neocell Super Collagen and also their hyaluronic acid. If you take both you will see a difference and also feel it in your health. Check out the reviews on iherb!
Their hyaluronic acid capsules are the best because they are pure ha. Others are sodium hyaluronate..made in a lab and not well absorbed. |

I checked this iherb site out for myself and ended up referring my dad to it since HA is good for arthritis! I read a lot of reviews where people were talking about how it helped relieve their arthritis pain.
I am still thinking about ordering for myself but nervous about putting something in my body. I know so many people take supplements but I worry that we may find out down the road they aren't good for us...and/or not in the dosages we were told about. I am doing some research on HA before I place my order. I'm healthy so I shouldn't just jump on something for vanity reasons. Just my own personal thoughts. If anyone knows of some good sites that educate us on HA supplement usage, please let me know |
