So its really close to Xmas/New year party time only 7/8 weeks to go what can we start doing now I need to lose a little weight, I have neglected my body for too long, dry legs/feet so some foot soaks body brushing is a definant I've got a great fake tan for the body but not sure about the face maybe just a bronzer to match?
Need to drink more water, cut out soda/caffeine,starting to do daily weight training.
what else can we do to look our best |

Any time you do procedures like IPL's, botox, restylane, etc. it is a good idea to give them 14-21 days out at least. I HAVE to because I bruise and it lets every thing settle and have time to be "tweaked" if needed..
I do highlights, microdermabrasions a week out, nails/spray tan 1-3 days before. My DIL just had eyelash extensions and I am so going to get me some of those! |
