I got to know this book when someone recommended it for acne. I find this book interesting and it is easy to read. I tried reading howard murad's water secret but it was too scientific for me. I learnt alot about food which I thought I knew but didnt. There are recipes too but Im gonna try follow.
So what do you think of this book and what other books would you recommend? |

'Feed you Face' by dermatologist Jessica Wu is good; it refers to the science throughout in an easy to read manner. |
