Make sure you use something with the 3 components required to repair the skin barrier...I did not use the ReAura cream on my arms, and they looked totally dehydrated until I used a medical barrier repair product on them.
I personally repurchased the aftercare product because I really liked it. |

What 3 components would that be? And what "medical barrier repair product" did you use? Are you referring to the aftercare complex or do you also use something else post-treatment? Some sort of Aquaphor type product, perhaps? Or maybe some CeraVe with Niacinamide?
I guess I'll have to see how much I like the aftercare complex. But I usually like using products with not a lot of random ingredients. Something more natural and basic.
Thanks for your response and advice. |

Also, I have a LightStim (for wrinkles). Do you guys recommend using the LS in conjunction with the ReAura, perhaps using on off days? Or does the LS completely cancel out the laser because it's healing the inflammation that is needed for the laser to be effective? I always wondered this and wasn't sure if anyone has experience using both. |

I started my search for an alternative with ultra sound gels and tried two different ones. They sort of worked, but not nearly so well as the ReAura product.
But Glycerin works very well indeed at a fraction of the cost, easy to apply thinly (it is a viscous liquid), ReAura fires as well as with the Reaura gel, and it moisturises the skin! |

This is what I'm going to be using when I run out of the ReAura gel - thanks for the tip Mismis! |

Yeah, I think that's what I will use too!
Mismis, do you just apply a very thin layer?
Also, when using the ReAura, do you guys ever have to stop and wipe the tip or anything?
Does the tip get gunked up? Do you guys ever run it under water like it shows in the manual? Basically I'm wondering how often you guys clean it. |

You only need a very thin layer of the gel. The instructions say to wash the tip after every use and to clean the window with isopropyl alcohol. However, I find that the tip of my device and the window never get clogged up because I use so little gel. |

Tonight I used the ReAura gel on one side of my face and glycerin on the other. The glycerin worked fine - in fact, the green light seemed to stay on more frequently than with the ReAura gel! When I run out of the gel, I'll definitely be using glycerin. |

Catski, you asked about thighs. I started using reaura on top of RF treatments to try to help with the tightening - I decided that it was really the laser that was working. My issue is some rather lax skin from lipo rather late in life (it was still worth it). I am now using reaura combined with derma pen/roller treatments every 6 to 8 weeks and the skin has improved a lot. There is another rather unexpected result: except for when the skin is actually peeling it is now moist and full looking rather than dessicated and wrinkly. There is still laxity, but I haven't been working at this even for a year. I also use ReAura on my badly sun damaged arms and that, too has been one of the best responding areas. I truly feel that Reaura heals the skin. |

Interesting! And thanks for sharing.
I guess glycerin will be the replacement gel when I run out. It's so cheap so I'm thrilled about that.
In other news, my ReAura still hasn't shipped!
I ordered Wednesday at 8am! Today is the third day after paying, it even says "will ship within 2 days of payment". I messaged the seller asking nicely to explain why it's not sent yet..
Honestly, if it's not shipped by Monday I might request a refund. You don't charge someone that much money on eBay then take a week to ship. I've bought things for a few dollars on eBay and it shipped that same day.
The seller has 100% feedback and people say it's fast shipping, but one thing I thought about, what if the seller was waiting for me to buy then ordered a ReAura to be shipped to them and finally ship to me. Am I being too impatient? |

YES!! I live in Australia and it sometimes takes weeks for stuff to arrive. I think you're lucky to have found a seller, given that the device isn't available in the US. Just relax, it will arrive - and it will be worth the wait! |

I understand that it can take long to get to me, I don't expect to have it by now, what I'm saying is the person didn't even ship it yet. Usually when I buy things from eBay the seller ships within a day, two at the most. And I've never purchased something THIS expensive on eBay so I'm just nervous. I just want them to ship already, lol..just because I expect it to take a while to get here. |

If you bought it from rzydrius0819 on eBay, you have nothing to worry about. He ships super quickly (factoring in his time zone and his job) and uses faster delivery methods than other shippers. I have purchased from him several times and he is a top notch seller. He tracks your package himself and lets you know when it is about to arrive. Probably one of the best sellers I have encountered in my 13 years of ebaying. (Ps...he even cared enough to post the ingredient list for you earlier)
Btw, if you have had most ebay sellers ship within 2 days at the most, you have been VERY lucky! That is definitely not the norm in my experience...more like a week on average. |

I actually didn't purchase from rzydrius, I purchased from another seller. But I did notice rzydrius is on here and posted the ingredients for us. Very nice of them, wish I would have known and purchased from rzydrius.
And yes, usually when I buy from eBay, the seller ships within 2 days, if I buy the item super early in the morning it's been shipped the same day. I've been a member of eBay for over 10 years, and in those 10 years I've purchased 50 items. And every time I purchase something I pay the SECOND after committing to buy. Usually when sellers see that you paid immediately they try and ship immediately. It's kind of like proper eBay etiquette.
So I messaged the seller yesterday nicely asking for an update. They are saying because it was a more expensive item, that it took PayPal a while to clear the payment. And they are sort of right because after paying it said "Payment pending" on PayPal, BUT it said "Payment completed" like an hour later, so I can't help but think the seller is covering up the fact that they probably saw that I ordered one, quickly ordered one online, are having the ReAura shipped to them, and then shipping it to me. The seller told me it would be shipped out Tuesday. Why not Monday? Payment has been cleared since last week.
Haha, I'm probably being cynical, but it makes sense that the seller didn't physically have the ReAura in their possession to ship out. Shipping an item out almost a week after paying? It's acceptable, but why? If the item I bought is in their possession, and my money has been in their hands for nearly a week it should go out ASAP. PLUS, the seller advertises and promises this: "item will ship 2 days after cleared payment". Which means it should have shipped by Friday, Saturday at latest.
Anyways, haha, enough ranting. I'll get it eventually, again I've just never bought something so expensive on eBay, and never had a seller take a week to ship. I actually consider myself a patient person, you all probably think I'm crazy. |

Thank you Bethany ,I am not so good:).
I can confirm that I am not related to EC413 purchase .I think you have bought from ebay user "hairremovalcompany" .
I am not 100% sure , maybe a seller not keeping physical stock ,he just ordering after sale from somewhere.
I think he is receiving Reaura in stock on Monday(because on weekends couriers not working ) and shipping to you on Tuesday.
But ,as I said ,I can be wrong.
Of course sometimes unexpected things happening and seller can't make any influence to things like delivery time , sometimes wholesaler unresponsive and etc. |

Yes as I said, I didnt purchase from you rzydrius, wish I would have!!
But you are right, maybe something happened that delayed the process and it wasn't the sellers fault. I just hate false advertisement (promising to send within 2 days of paying), if that's not entirely always the truth.
Either way, I have calmed down because the seller finally responded back after I messaged them, explaining the situation.
Cant wait to get this sucker in my hands!
One thing I was wondering earlier. I wonder if the ReAura that's FDA cleared and sold in the US will be the exact same ReAura (specifications and all) that's currently being sold in the UK? I wonder also if the US will crank the price up even higher than the 800 pounds it currently is (about $1,200 US). Even though I paid a little bit more than S1,200. Time will tell... and it will be interesting to see. I just want it sold in the US so I can easily purchase the performance gel! And obviously so people can also get their hands on one, as they deserve!
When this comes to the US, they are going to have A LOT of people ordering right away, especially from this website alone. |

Well I think that's why this alarmed me so much, because everyone that I have purchased from on eBay DOES use the proper etiquette and ships within a day or 2. It's not fair to say that the shipper will ship once they can "get time" to get to the post office. Especially when fast shipping is promised and advertised. That's like me buying the item and taking days to pay, when the item COULD HAVE been sold to someone else who is willing to pay right now. That's why eBay has a rating system, and you can leave feedback. Usually sellers ship ASAP because they want 5 star feedback. I also have 5 star, 100% feedback on eBay, because I always pay right away.
I have never sold an item on eBay, but if I did and the buyer paid immediately after buying, and it was still early enough to ship out THAT day, I would, especially if I advertised fast shipping. Again, proper etiquette. But you are right, we live in a world where people don't use proper etiquette or manner. Doesn't make it okay, however.
Anyways, enough about that. Usually the things I buy from eBay are under $100.00, so purchasing something that cost $1500.00 made me a bit nervous! I don't think I am bizarre however to expect the shipping to be faster. The money left my account on Wednesday, so it just made me nervous that there was no update or word from the seller, until finally today. All is good now.
I hope to get the device soon too, Bethany! |

Well they might, but how would eBay prove that?
Maybe it's the cynic in me, but since the item is shipping directly from the UK, it does make sense that this delay is because they are waiting for the ReAura to ship to them before they can ship to me. The payment cleared the day that I purchased, why is the seller telling me they can't ship until tomorrow (Tuesday) when I paid last Wednesday?
Again it's not a big deal, I will receive it eventually, just calling a spade a spade. I am paying $300+ more than the suggested retail value for this device, granted it's not available to me to purchase in the US so I'm willing to do that, but still.. |

Not necessarily...it just has to be available able to be delivered within a designated timeframe. So it must be in stock, but that might mean in stock at your supplier. Lots of room for interpretation.
eBay does reward you for fast shipping, but you can see from the policies that they actually have 30 days to ship unless they state otherwise in the listing.

That is a long time for someone that offered shipping in 2 days. When did your Paypal transaction clear? And if it cleared an hour later like you said, it does seem to be an issue on the seller's side. |

That's why this is an issue. It says on the listing page "Promised to ship within 2 days of cleared payment", payment cleared on Wednesday an hour or two after paying (the day I purchased) I even checked it over and over that morning, to make sure it wasn't still pending on PayPal, that's why I am assuming the seller was waiting til I purchased, ordered one, had it shipped to them, and then they're shipping to me.
It makes sense that this person selling doesn't just have 5 ReAura's in stock laying around (it says 5 are available for purchase).
Again, I'm ultimately happy that I am getting one, but the seller is sort of giving me the run-around and can't fully explain why they can't send until Tuesday, almost a full week after the sale has been completed.
It's just bothersome to hand someone $1,500.00 and then wait around for when it's "convenient" for them to ship, without being given a truthful explanation. If this were something of lower value, I wouldn't be so dead set on knowing whats going on.
I just want to fast forward to when I have the ReAura. I hope it get's to me before mid August because I'm leaving town to see family, and want to be here to accept and sign for the package.
I hate to do it, but I might have to give them low stars as far as shipping and communication goes. If they wouldn't have promised to send out the item within two days, this wouldn't be as much of a problem. |
