That's what the ratings are for. But if they don't give you a tracking number on Tuesday (factoring in the time zone difference), I would tell them you are canceling. Then buy from Zed. |

Yeah that's a good idea. If it isn't shipped by Tuesday, I will request to cancel the order and demand my money back. Seeing that Zed is on here, I wish I would've purchase from them!
I think because I am paying 300$ over suggested retail value, it makes me a little bit more angry about this situation. The person who is selling this to me is making that money off of me.
The seller hasn't even left me feedback yet. Every item I have purchased the seller leaves me feedback almost instantaneously because I notoriously pay immediately. All together, the seller just seems lazy. |

If you buy from Zed, use this link...it's cheaper than eBay.

Thanks Bethany for reference!Much appreciated!
To EC413,
I can't heavy judge a seller because I don't know a lot things on this sale .
Just some points highlighted.
He is paying 10% to ebay in fees and 3.9% fee to paypal . So total $208.5 in fees(item value $1599) .So it's quite big chunk .You paid $300 over RRP , but it' not huge difference after fees deducted .
Actually ,that's why I am selling on ebid as well .
Personally me ,usually , I am not leaving feedback till customer not receiving an item and confirming he is happy. It's like little self protection , in case a buyer not honest and problems occurring.
By ebay rules a seller can't leave negative feedback , which is not good for seller . But we can leave not official so called "positive negative" feedback.
Unfortunately not all buyers are honest and some are real scammers , so I have decided to ask copy of identity of buyer's.I think that's why you not purchased from me:).
At these days scammers are very innovative and using latest technology.
I was witness when a buyer scammed my friend for $1400. Police and credit card company were useless, so she lost these money .
Please don't take it personal - I am talking about all buyers .
A seller changed name three times - so must be a reason why . Probably she /he has got negative feedbacks in the past on different ebay name.I can't send a link as I am new user of EDS .
Please press sellers feedback score (just behind seller's name ) "24" and press "view ID history ".
But lasts seller's sales looks alright , so hopefully your purchase will be delivered safe .
Don't forget to ask a seller tracking number. If she/he can't send tracking number tomorrow till 8pm by British time ,something wrong going with this sale.
Hope it's makes more clear view. |

Thanks for explaining Zed, I paid $1,600 for it, which is 400 over suggested value, so after eBay/PayPal fees, the seller is still making nearly 200$ off of me.
They do have 100% feedback at this point, but soon they won't once I rate them.
It is now about 5:03pm in the UK, and I have received no confirmation that it has been shipped. So I sent them a message.
Here is the message:
I noticed that you still have not sent my package. Since the money left my account and the payment cleared LAST WEDNESDAY, and it's now almost been a week since I purchased and you STILL have not sent, I'm requesting that you send me my package express mail, or whatever the quickest shipping option is. I don't understand why it still hasn't been shipped. Be honest with me, did you not have the ReAura in stock? Did you wait until I purchased it, purchased it yourself, and now you're waiting for it to be shipped to you before you can ship to me? That's the only reason that I can think of why it would take this long.
If you don't plan on express shipping it to me, then I am asking for my full refund back. I have been a member of eBay for 10 years and have never had an item take THIS LONG to ship. You have had $1,600.00 of my money for a whole week and still haven't sent the package, that is inexcusable especially since YOU ADVERTISED AND PROMISED THAT IT WOULD SHIPPED PROMPTLY AND WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING CLEARED PAYMENT. I am paying 400$ over the suggested retail value for this item, there is no reason why it shouldn't be shipped yet.
I don't want to have to go through PayPal and file a claim, so please act accordingly and ship it to me the fastest way possible. If it is not shipped fast, I am afraid I will have to leave you a honest rating and tarnish your 100% eBay feedback score. I am not trying to threaten you, I just find it odd that it STILL has not been shipped and you're not properly communicating with me.
Thank you.
I don't think this person is scamming me out of my money, I just think they are waiting for the ReAura to ship to them before they can ship to me.
Was my message good? Did I convey what I am trying to say well? |

EC413,
I am sorry , I have done maths wrong yesterday -should be:
$1600(price you paid )
-$1231(£800 RRP)
-$208 (ebay and paypal fees)
-$60-70(delivery ,which I forgot yesterday - your seller pays for it)
So total margin over RRP is approx $90-$100.
I am correcting my mistake .
I have totally agree with you , your seller should be more cooperative and at least respond to your emails.
More likely he is not receiving stock(for some reason ) , than he is a scammer.
Anyway ,have you received a response from a seller about dispatch and tracking ? |

FYI that Paypal claims are super easy if you do need to go that route. |

Thanks for the breakdown and information Zed. I have no problem paying extra for the device, simply because it's not available in my country. And I understand the fees involved so it makes sense to pay over retail for an item on eBay.
About 30 minutes ago, they sent me a response to that long message that I sent simply saying:
Hi
Apologies for the delay - I will attach your tracking details for express shipping shortly
I wrote that whole message and they come back with that response?
I want to write back saying "please stop telling me you'll ship shortly and just ship already".
They're like a broken record, just apologizing and giving no reason as to why there is a delay. Again, they were paid last Wednesday, and they are acting as if this delay is no big deal. Why would they advertise "will ship within 2 days" if they can't follow through? That bugs the heck out of me.
Well I am leaving them horrible feedback. They actually don't have much feedback, which means they aren't a pro seller, I can tell by how lazy and unprofessional they are.
And also, even though it says they are in the UK, another section of their eBay profile says they are in Australia. It would make sense that they are in Australia because it's 8:10am there, and 11:13pm in the UK. If they're telling me they are shipping soon, it must be because it's early morning there.
I'm just confused, lol. I really am a patient person, but this sort of situation is just uncalled for. Why advertise "express shipping" when it takes you a week to actually send out the package...why tell me on Sunday that it will be shipped Tuesday, and then not ship until Wednesday?
I just messaged them back saying:
I accept your apology however I still do not understand why there is a such a long delay and you refuse to explain why.
Please send as soon as possible, I don't want to have to message you again asking when my item will be shipped.
Thank you.
I hate to sound rude if I am, but I feel like they aren't comprehending what kind of frenzy this puts someone in when someone sends money over the internet across the world, especially an amount that high, and aren't given details about the item purchased. |

^^ LOL, I meant it's 8:10am in Australia and 11:10pm in UK, you can tell I am at work and taking breaks in between writing.
By the way, the seller just confirmed that it's been shipped. Thank the lord. Also was given tracking #. It's finally on it's way. |

So you can relax now ! You have tracking number and you can check where from a seller sending Reaura and what service he is using. |

Well I tracked it and the info isn't updated yet, it says:
A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated.
And they shipped using UPS Express Saver, which according to my research means 1-3 business days for imported/exported international mail, not bad. So maybe by the end of the week?
And yes, finally I can relax. Thanks for everyones help.
I didn't mean to go off topic, my apologies. We can resume talk about the ReAura.

Lol. According to tracking, it should be here Friday, although unfortunately I work until around 6pm, so I'm going to have to have it held at a UPS location to pick up maybe Saturday.
Can't wait to get started! I might have a lot of questions for you guys. I appreciate all the help. |

Maybe you are living close to Philadelphia airport in Pennsylvania , that's would make sense - it's one of majors UPS airports - hubs in US.
Parcels from UK usually going there first.
Of course not always. At least for West coast UPS using this hub. |

I actually got another email an hour later changing the delivery date back to Friday, so it was just a glitch really.
Again, I'm going to have it delivered to a UPS store so I can pickup after work. |

I bagged using my Reaura for the time being b/c of the learning curve with microcurrent and downtime needling, so haven't been checking this thread much lately. But just wanted to chime in to say I had a great experience with Zed when I bought my Reaura and do highly recommend him. Device got to U.S. from UK in two days. I had more trouble getting the device from UPS than from Zed. |

I already have a question. I plugged it in not even an hour ago and even though I didn't keep my eye on it the whole time, it was blinking at first, and now the light is off. It says to charge for 3 hours initially. Should I keep it plugged in? When I unplug and plug in again, it doesn't even blink. |

The light turns off after it is charged. I would keep it plug in for the full 3 hours the first time just to be sure but after the initial charge to recharge the ReAura if the battery is almost totally discharged takes little less then an hour. If you charge it after each use (when the battery still has a lot of juice let) it takes less time. |
