I've only done the full program (I combine day 1 and 2 and do it 3 times a week) four times so far. I don't have a problem doing the pulling of the skin anywhere on the face except for the one exercise for the upper eyelids. For some reason, it freaks me out to pull on the thin skin of that area.
I know other women here have had wonderful success with the Ageless program, stating that they've see their upper eyelids become less crepey and lifted, and this is the only reason that I bite my tongue and just do it...albiet, reluctantly. If you do this program, did you have reservations when doing this exercise? If not, when did you start seeing results in this area in particular?
Are there any of you who've noticed that this particular exercise made your upper eyelids worse? I haven't read where anyone said that they did, but I just wanted to be certain I am not doing more harm than good, you know? |

At first I was reluctant to pull the eyelids too. But it works. How much time it will take to see results depends per person I guess. After about a month I noticed firmer eyelids and less hooding. It feels like the skin has thickened as well.
In the Ageless topic you can find other experiences with Ageless, if I remember well there was even someone who posted pictures of her eyes before/after (was it Bethany?). That could give you some encouragement to give it a try for a couple of weeks. |

Thank you for your reply and for giving me hope that I'm not going to make that area worse. I guess after so many years of being told not to squint, pull or rub your eyes for fear of causing wrinkles and sagging, it's hard to change your mindset when someone tells you to do otherwise.
I've been reading through the Ageless thread and am up to page 54. So far any pictures that were posted are just red Xs now. Too bad, too, because I really wanted to see the differences. Maybe the ones you are talking about are still to come as I read further along.
Do you also do the skin-pulling massage at the end on your upper eyelids as well and feel that has contributed to the thickening and firmness of your eyelids? |
