hi everyone, i would like someone to help me figure this out. i am now 36 yrs with the old undereye circles with the little bit of bag that always makes me look tired. it is hereditary, had it all my life. well when i was 18 yrs and living in south america, i used to sunbath daily (stupid, stupid, i know). well one day my undereyes got sunburnt (ugh). i looked 70 yrs old in that area. my eyes were red red, wrinkly and crepey. somebody told me to put toothpaste on the undereye skin, so i did. i can not remeber how long i had it on for 5 - 10 min? anyhow i washed it off and put on moisturizer after. and the next morning i looked beautiful. you know how we all think if we did not have these circle/bags how much more confidence we would have. well i was a new person, my skin was clear, no hint of circles or bags. i didn't feel self consious at all. it did not last long though and i was soon back to my old self consious ways, trying to hide circles. recently while web surfing i came across something about toothpaste on undereye circles/bags, and that it causes dryness. i had forgotten about my own experience with it until i read this. has anyone ever heard of this? gaffer |

hi cindi, becareful if you use the toothpaste, i think i recalled the web said something about it being an exfoliator. i want to try it again too but i will wait i have a party in 2 weeks. also remember i had burnt my skin and it was kind of puckered. so maybe i gave myself a kind of peel by removing all that gross skin that was burnt. hmmmm, to be a supermodel. gaffer |

I wonder if toothpaste for sensitive teeth is more gentle than most others... I think I need to give this a try...maybe just a hour during the day at first to test for irritation. |

I'll admit to using toothpaste for an overnight zit treatment while away from home. It took the redness and imminent growth right out of the blemish by the next morning. |
