Can someone recommend a product made of natural ingredients which can get rid of sun spots on my face without harsh chemicals?
Many thanks!

Dr. Perricone says astaxanthin supplements get rid of hyperpigmentation, and I found that true in my own experience.

7Destiny, thank you for the advice. It is very helpful. So how much dose did you take and how long does it take to see the results? Does it help you to get rid of sun spots completely?

Hi htian21:

Whatever you decide to use, make sure you also use a good sunblock to prevent the spots from recurring.

I also believe that healing comes from inside so it would not hurt to follow some of the suggestions in this discussion. Not only would this also be "preventative" but it'd support the topical treatment.

to 7Destiny, do you have any product to recommend for "astaxanthin", please?
I check with Dr. Perricone's, his products are all about DMAE and some "Pycnogenol" for pigment treatment, which is not quite related to the spots removal.

Right now I am using intensive rose cream and the whole face is looking shining good but the spots are still there, just a matter of lightening or not. What a headache for me.
