What is the best exercise any of you guys have found for lower cheeks? I have a line in them, and I feel I am too young to have one. I see people above 40 without lines in there cheeks.

I think Carolyn from CFF has a massage called the "Face Firmer" that works on lower cheek muscles. You might be able to find it on her website. (carolyns facial fitness)

yes, I have-- I have a hard time sitting there for the full 2 minutes doing the same motion over and over again, but I do think it is effective and would recommend it

I went over to Carolyn's website to find the exercise, but only saw a brief outline of the idea behind it on her blog. Did I miss something and is this exercise explained elsewhere on her site or maybe on youtube?

There is a video of it that can be found here:
carolynsfacialfitness/face-firmer-massage-technique

just add the www in front of it. Im not allowed to post a link it seems..

I have been doing it for about 3 days now, and I think its too early to see a difference. Im having trouble locating the lower cheek muscle though. I feel like im not hitting that area hard enough.

Bob we've spoken about this in PMs but the real trick is not to do SPOT TRAINING but to train using a complete program and not mixing and matching at such an early point. This is why you have had issues, and these really could have been avoided. Don't focus only on the lower cheeks but train your whole face to get a much more balanced and healthier look (and stronger muscles too)

Ditto what Sean says. Also, do you have before and after photos showing the area that you spot-trained and how that made your lower face look gaunt? That will help us give you better advice. Otherwise, we can't tell whether your upper cheeks are too large, your lower cheeks too thin, or both.

Also, I can't help but wonder if you might be very harsh on yourself, as I find it hard to believe that at 26, you have lines on your face that are worse than people in their forties. Just want to say: it's probably not as bad as you think! Smile

Hence again, photos would be helpful.
