Question About The Gift

Hi, I'm new here. I just ordered with EDS first time and have been enjoyed reading everything in your forum. However, I have a question about my order. At first I didn't want to ask about this, but i can't forget about it everything i visit this site, i have been thinking about it and finally i decided to ask everyone here.

I ordered an eye cream from Phytomer and it's $59. I click on the "add gift" for the cleansing duo because it says Free Gift with every Phytomer Order. Am i doing this right? I just couldn't help wondering about this.

I got my order and it said on the paper that sorry this gift is for an order over $200.

Can anyone explain to me how those gift works? I don't know if i understood it wrong or not, but still, even now i read it.. i still think it's for every purchase of Phytomer. I'm sorry to ask this because i want to make sure that next time i'm doing the right thing. I want to place another order with EDS but I'm afraid that i'll do the same mistake again.

I just checked and it says with orders over $200 at the top. This is usually the case with the free gifts, there is a minimum spend. I do find however that you often get a free gift anyway, especially when the sample fairies are feeling happy Very Happy

Thank you guapagirl so now i know what it means, before i thought it's very every purchase of Phytomer because it says

Free Gift - Phytomer Visage Cleansing Duo $0.00 CAD - Free Phytomer Perfect Visage (50ml) and Rose Visage (50ml) Gift with every Phytomer order.

So i thought it was, but know i look at the top and it say $200, so must be then . Thanks everyone.

Debby, if you spend less than $200 you can choose EITHER the Cleansing Duo OR the Body Duo as a free gift.

But, if you spend more than $200, you get the Handcream IN ADDITION to one of the above products.

It looks like you wanted the Cleansing Duo, and so you should get this as a gift irrespective of how much money you spend.

Best solution would be to email the spa and ask. If the info on the site is incorrect or unclear then they will be able to clarify and then you'll know for sure Smile

rzecka: I did choose the cleansing duo with my order(which is $59 for Phytomer Eye Cream along with other Yonka stuff), but EDS didn't give me the gift because they said must be over $200.

Mabsy: I did write them a e-mail but i guess they are to busy to reply.

Hopefully EDS will send you the product as a good will gesture and change the misleading wording on the site so that no-one else gets the wrong end of the stick.
