Would love some feedback on people who have done either dermaroller or a lactic acid peel, or both?

I did buy a .5 roller a while ago and used once, got very red after but it healed well. It hurt quite a bit so I never felt inclined to do it again!!

I am thinking of trying a Lactic Acid peel, 35%.
Which would be better? I have also bought some numbing cream.
No major issues, sag mainly around jowls. Some pigmentation between eyes and cheekbones. Some very slightly pitted texture on one cheek (even though I have never had acne?)

So, should I go with the peel or the dermaroller? Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

They are completely different treatments. The lactic peel would be helpful for your pigmentation but wont address your other issues. I am not sure if the .5 roller is long enough to produce the changes you are looking for. IIRC you need atleat 1.0.

thanks for the reply GG..

so if they are two completely different treatments , could I do both? at different times of course!

I don;t think I could stand a 1.0 dermaroller, I struggled with the .05

any one else any opinions please

It would be not to do both close together, even though they are different they both irritate the skin. You could probably roll one month and then a peel a next month.
