Yes! That's the young thing! She's not 43, never! Geez Sandy, you are stunning, then and now. I seriously would have said you are mid to late 30s. And such dedication, an inspiration to me.

Sandy, we are the same age and in similar circumstances. As you know, I am also getting back to my healthy weight. I just wanted to tell you to hang in there. I have been doing flexeffect for almost a yr. now. I was still overweight at that time, but I was working out and on my healthy eating plan. Now that I am halfway to goal I am starting to see the tightness and sculpted look to my face. Especially the cheeks and the jawline. My right eyelid still needs a bit of work, but it's better than before. One of the earliest signs that this program was working for me was that my face felt thicker, don't know how else to explain it.
I have been doing facial exercises on and off since my twenties. Now that I am older and losing weight, I feel it is crucial for me to stick with a facial exercise program. My weightloss has been sllllooooowwwww and that is why it took so long to see the results of exercise on my face and body.
I love flexeffect and will continue to do that program for the rest of my life. The Maggio and CFF programs are very good too. And as they say, the best exercise is the one that you will do. So if you are enjoying the ageless exercises, then hang in there or add some of CFF exercises.
The people who may have had fast results may have already been at their proper weight (I am just guessing). It's like the people who do P90X, if they start out with a slimmer physique, they get to see the muscle definition a lot quicker than someone who has weight challenges. |

Swissmom, your post made so much sense to me and gets me very inspired to keep going with the program. I sincerely have no doubt that it will work for me and within the next couple of months I should acutally see some firming a toning. I believe you when you say that with some more weight loss I will see more definition in my face. I am looking forward for taking my next set of pictures on my blog this month on the 25th, because I feel that there will be a difference from last month. I can't wait!  |

| Hi i know this thread is a few years old now but would love to hear from anyone who is still doing the ageless programme and hear what peoples results have been. I have just started doing the programme . I currently do faceworks but really wanted to add in something else and mix it up a bit. Hope to hear some replies soon.xx |

| Hi I am also starting the ageless if you dare program, i have recently bought it....looking for people who also are starting or have more experience with this or any other facial exercise program, so that we can support each other and share difficulties. |

Just a little note on face exercises: whichever ones you look at, see if the person who is selling/offering them is qualified. There are a lot of programs out there done by 'experts', who are nothing of the sort. In the UK, the main exam body is ITEC, does anyone know the equivalent in the USA, Europe?
Qualifications to look for: Anatomy and Physiology, Beauty Therapy, e.g facial treatments, massage, etc. and higher qualifications like Chiropractic, Physiotherapist, Kinesiologist, etc.
Don't forget your face is precious, it's easy to do too much. Facial muscles are delicate and don't need to be worked aggressively to tone up. Be safe out there  |

There is no qualification in relation to facial exercises specifically. I know ITEC is for other modalities like A&P, Massage etc - but to say that people with facial exercises should be qualified is a little misleading because such qualification does not exist (yet).
I'm a little surprised and shocked to see Elaine posting on Ageless in an attempt to discredit Loulou - but suppose if anything its a sign that Loulou is doing something right if people are trying to discredit her!
