Hi. I'm starting a new skin care regimen with Alpha Hydrox and cannot figure out what to use on my 46-year-old eyes. I will be using the 10% Glycolic AHA gel alternating with the Retinol ResQ on my face nightly. Are these products okay to use under the eyes also? I do have some MD Forte Eye Cream (which hasn't done much so far) but not sure whether to use it with the Alpha products.
There are so many eye treatments, creams, etc. What do I really NEED to use day and night and what should be avoided when using the Alpha Hydrox products? What about Kinerase Peptide eye cream? Do I need peptides or retinol? Should I be using an eye product morning and night? It's overwhelming! |

I so hear you on the confusion part. Before joining EDS, I thought I was pretty informed on what to use on my face (not that there have been any improvements, mind you ), but now that I've been here a while, I am more confused than ever as to what to use for what and in what order.
I may have to start up a thread myself to ask a few questions that have been puzzling me. But I'm looking forward to seeing what other, more experienced, posters have to say about your routine.
Good luck. |

I wouldn't use the glycolic under your eyes. The retinol is OK under your eyes and could help with fine lines and wrinkles under the eyes. The peptide you could use over the retinol under your eyes for hydration. Or use the retinol under your eyes at night and the peptide during the day under your eyes. |
