Hi all
Bought Tua Trend several months ago, it worked okay for about 6 weeks or so, then one side of it stopped working. The top left plug. You know how it has two plugs on top, so you can use two wands or the body version? I got the Tua Face Body. Anyway, talked to people at Tua and with the great help of Nanci and NCN got them to send another/new one. I just unpacked it, and used it, EXACT same issue. Top right outlet does not work, machine only works if I have it plugged into to left side. So I cant use the body version properly, (not that I use it anyway, it takes hourse, but) am i missing something??? Theoreticlly aren't both tops plugs suposed to work? Also the pink pads have fallen apart a few times before 1st use, or as soon as I put them on the silver disks. Not real happy with this thing...lol.

I only have the Face version and one wand so can't be of much help, but I definitely would contact them again about this issue. If it's not working - and it's still under warranty, right? - then they need to set you up with one that does.
I'm still using the first set of pink pads that came with mine, and they're holding up well 3 months later. I just rinse them off and let them air-dry, and they're good to go the next day. Are you using any product with them? That might cause them to fall apart - but I'm not certain. |

thanks, you are sweet to reply. I am having issues all over. I mean it's pretty odd that two units would both have exact same issue back to back. I only have one wand, but because it's the face and body, the body comes with two chords so it was evident something was wrong. I waited 2 years to buy a TT and I can't decide if it even is helping. I like it, a lot, just not sure I see/feel changes and its been several months. Can't wait for my favorite person Nanci at NCN to roll out her potentially new gadget. Sort of wish I got NuFace instead of TUA. Like the feel of Tua though. I will call them again, see what they say. thanks again |
