God this stuffs great!

Ladies you have to try this. I don't think my skin has ever felt as smooth or looked so glowing. This is one for re-order.

Basically you apply what looks a little like porridge to your face allow it to dry then rub off with a towel - which looks a bit like when you've had sunburn and your skin peels Very Happy .I think this would be suitable for pretty much all skin types, I tried it a couple of days ago (I have combi/oily skin) and I made my mother use it last night (dry-dehydrated skin).

I think it's a great product, too. I love it before a home facial - but I have used it alot for my hands & feet, too! I do the home style mini manicure/pedicure & after I have finished the exfoliant step, I use the Janson Beckett Oil Rich Skin Recovery Mask. What a treat. It's a little dangerous on your feet Laughing - I put plastic bags on my feet & then some secure shoes (otherwise it's VERY SLIPPERY). and leave them on for however long I want. When you wrap a warm wet cloth on to remove the mask aahhhh...... Drool .
Judy Marshall once suggested that I try the Esther's Secret Masque on my hands after the exfoliant & boy, that's a keeper too. Instant youth.
Oh, the many uses of the Renewed Radiance Exfoliant. And Esther's Secret Masque. Cool

I have never started a review on the Radiance Exfoliant as coming from me it might sound like a sales pitch.

I have NEVER used an exfoliant I have loved like this one. I put it on let it dry for just a few minutes and use my hands in a cirular motion to rub it off my mature skin. It just balls up and falls into the sink. Radiance Exfoliant is my Epidermx. I can't use Epidermx as it is too harsh for my skin type. You can also take the exfoliant off with a damp cloth. I think Nanapost does it that way.

Radiance Exfoliant is my secret gem. So glad to hear others loving it!!

I can understand your reluctance there Winnie.

The only other papaya mask I've used is by Elemis, that doesn't set and stays like a serum which I thought was fine but the JB mask knocks the socks off it Laughing

Winnie, would you know if the Radiance is similar to Reviva's Light Skin Peel. It sounds pretty much the same as described above and afterwood my skin feels really soft.

It depends on your skin type Aga. I use it twice weekly. It feels so awesome I would love to use it daily but we know that is not good. The average I would recommend it would be 1 or 2 times weekly.

Cindi,

I have never used a Reviva Labs product so I could not answer that question for you. The Radiance Exfoliant is from the Janson-Beckett salon line.

I hate using exfoliators. My skin is very sensitive and every time I use one (even the most gentle) my skin will look good right after and then within days it looks horrible and sometimes have a bad breakout. I was purchasing several items from JB and was extremely reluctant to buy the Renewed Radiance. I figured what is $11 more dollars so I threw it in with the order. I love the way this product makes my skin look and feel and so far no breakouts.

Ok, I'm caving and trying this on the weekend. I do have a jar of it because I was curious to try it given it's one of their top sellers. The smell turned me off it though and I haven't tried yet. This weekend it is! Cool

Glad to hear you've had such good results with it!

After reading all of this I will need to take a closer look at the Radiance Exfoliant. Shock
I'm always on the lookout for new products to try.
Do they have samples of this?

Glad it's not just me who liked it Laughing and glad to know I'm not the only one who can get breakouts after using certain mask exfoliants.

I tried this today and I'm joing the camp of people who like it! Cool

It's basically the consistency of a porridge as made by a person who cannot cook - such as myself Smile I.e., it's a rubbery porridge consistency. It spreads on the face easily and does not sting or feel tight in any way. You wait for a few minutes to let it dry and then you rub this off with a towel. I've read that some use a wet towel but I used a dry one and didn't find that to be too rough at all. This left my skin nice and smooth - as a good exfoliator should.

The only thing I still don't like about it is the smell. It's the same alcoholy smell that I associate with going to the dentist Confused

Now, I really like the smell. To me it smells like yeast. It's like Dr. H. Cream cleanser. Either you love it or hate it. I also like the smell of Dr. H. and love that cleanser.

NICE SUGGESTION: Put a light layer on you face and NECK. Let it dry just a few minutes. With light cirular motions take if off with your hands. I love the way I feel it balling us and falling into the sink. When done I use a toner with a cotton ball. NICE Very Happy

Thanks Winnie. I must admit I did try taking it off with just hands and no towel - mainly because it looked more fun Smile It worked well but the towel would be even more exfoliating I guess.
